The agenda
Before every meeting, the City posts an agenda listing every item Council will discuss. Reading the agenda is the single best way to know what's coming.
Deputations
A deputation is your chance to speak directly to Council about an agenda item. You register through the City Clerk's Office before the deadline.
Watching
