Ward 8 Public Issue Tracker Is Now Open — Report It. Map It. Track It. Get Answers.
Every reported issue gets a public W8 tracking number, a place on the privacy-safe public map, and follow-up until it gets an answer.

The Ward 8 Public Issue Tracker is now open. Residents can report local issues — roads, drainage, by-law concerns, garbage, water, snow clearing, taxes and more — and receive a W8 tracking number immediately.
Report it. Map it. Track it. Get answers.
Each report is tracked through clear public statuses: New, In Review, Follow-Up, Escalated, and Resolved. Nothing quietly disappears. With your consent, a privacy-safe summary of your report also appears on the public issue map — never with your name, contact details, or exact address.
One complaint can be overlooked. A map full of complaints cannot.
Visit the Ward 8 Public Issue Tracker to report an issue, track a report, or explore the public map.
Note: the Ward 8 Public Issue Tracker is a campaign accountability tool, not an official City service channel. For emergencies call 911.
